Taco Bell tests the new Cheesy Chicken Crispanada for a limited time at participating locations in the Atlanta, GA area.
The Cheesy Chicken Crispanada features a crispy pastry dough pocket filled with white and dark meat chicken marinated and slow-cooked in a garlic, tomato, and onion seasoning. Also in the pocket is a blend of pepper jack, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses.
The Cheesy Chicken Crispanada ranges from $3.49 to $3.99 in price by itself and can also be ordered as part of a combo meal or Deluxe Box.
The Crispanda seems to be a savory take on the Caramel Apple Empanada dessert that Taco Bell discontinued.
