Truffle makes its way back on the Shake Shack menu with the arrival of the new White Truffle menu, which is available at Shake Shack restaurants nationwide now for a limited time.
Shake Shack’s White Truffle menu features a white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil and includes the following items:
– White Truffle Burger – A Fontina cheeseburger topped with white truffle sauce and crispy-fried sweet onions on a toasted potato bun (pricing may vary but starts at $8.99).
– White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger – A crispy-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with white truffle sauce and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun (pricing may vary but starts at $8.99).
– Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce – Crinkle-cut topped with parmesan cheese and served with white truffle sauce (pricing may vary but starts at $4.69).
Regalis organic white truffle oil is described on their website as “arbequina olive oil with a creamy texture, earthy aftertaste, and stunning complexity.”
Shack Shack previously featured truffles with the release of a limited-time Black Truffle menu in 2021.
