Following five years of testing different version, Shake Shack launches the new Veggie Shack as a vegetarian-friendly burger featuring a veggie patty made with mushrooms, sweet potatoes, carrots, farro, and quinoa.
The new veggie patty comes served with American cheese, crispy-fried onions, pickles, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun.
The Veggie Shack joins the Shroom Burger (which features a crispy-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses) as Shake Shack’s current vegetarian burger options.
You can find the Veggie Shack now at locations across the US. Prices vary but start at $8.29.
