Review: Wendy’s – Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade
Wendy’s Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade features the chain’s lemonade mixed with a blueberry pomegranate puree blend (which oddly enough contains both blueberry and banana puree).
A 20-oz small goes for $2.99 but I received this courtesy of Wendy’s.
The lemonade was pretty sweet and tangy with the pomegranate juice (from concentrate) giving it an extra boost on the tangy front, while the blueberry (puree) contributed a pleasant blueberry flavor.
The pulp and puree were fairly small with only very occasional bits of texture.
Overall, Wendy’s Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade mostly makes for an enjoyable and sweet blueberry-lemonade with extra tartness from the pomegranate (it’s similar to a cranberry effect but without the bitterness and astringency).
