Trader Joe’s S’mores Clusters feature mini marshmallows over a layer of graham cracker pieces covered in milk chocolate.
I paid $3.99 for a 7-oz bag containing about 18 clusters.
These are basically chocolates filled with marshmallow and graham cracker pieces. The graham crackers were layered on the bottom with a marshmallow or two dotting the top and everything was completely encased in chocolate.
The milk chocolate was smooth, moderately creamy, and quite sweet, but not noticeably more so than your typical milk chocolate candy bar.
The graham crackers added a really nice crunch and a honeyed graham flavor, while the marshmallow was good for a puffy, gooey texture.
Taken altogether, Trader Joe’s S’more Clusters made for a really enjoyable bite-sized take on the classic campfire dessert. It skews a bit more heavily in the chocolate department but doesn’t leave any of the components out to dry.
