The
Steakmas
Season
Menu
features
a
trio
of
new
limited-time
dishes,
including:

Bone-In
Ribeye
with
Bourbon
Onion
–
An
18-oz,
bone-in
ribeye
steak
topped
with
a
caramelized
Jim
Beam
bourbon
onion
(made
with
the
same
big
onions
they
use
for
their
signature
Bloomin’
Onion),
bacon,
and
roasted
garlic
butter.
The
steak
comes
served
with
the
choice
of
steakhouse
potato
and
a
side.

Bloomin’
French
Onion
Sirloin
–
A
center-cut
sirloin
steak
topped
with
melted
Provolone
cheese
and
Bloomin’
Onion
petals.
It
comes
served
with
a
mini
side
of
French
Onion
Soup,
a
choice
of
steakhouse
potato,
and
a
side.

Chocolate
Tower
–
A
6-layer
chocolate

topped
