McDonald’s is set to launch the new Chicken Big Mac at participating McDonald’s restaurants in Canada starting Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
Available for a limited time, the Chicken Big Mac is basically a Big Mac but with crispy-fried, seasoned chicken patties in place of beef patties. As such it offers the two chicken patties, Big Mac sauce, lettuce, processed cheddar cheese, and pickles on a toasted, sesame seed bun.
McDonald’s has previously offered the Chicken Big Mac as a limited-time menu item in the UK (where it sold out in about 10 days) and tested it last August in the US in the Miami, FL area. You can also find something similar to it–the Chicken Maharaja Mac–over in India.
