McDonald’s offers Big Mac secret sauce in the same dipping sauce cups as you get for Chicken McNugget sauces for a limited time over in Canada.
McDonald’s Big Mac Sauce can be found at participating locations across Canada for a limited time through March 6, 2023.
Interestingly, they actually used to offer Big Mac secret sauce in sauce packets not too long ago in Canada. This isn’t the first time that McDonald’s has offered Big Mac sauce in dipping cup either–they’ve offered the same over in Australia on at least one occasion.
It might be safe to say that Big Mac sauce is fairly popular in Canada and Australia as both countries have seen the sauce bottled and sold at different points.
Here in the US, the closest we’ve gotten is a giveaway of 10,000 Big Mac Sauce bottles back in 2017.
Big Mac sauce is described by McDonald’s as “a creamy, delicious balance of sour, zesty mustard flavor, pickle relish, onion powder, and savory tastes.” It was introduced nationally back in 1968 along with the Big Mac.
