Insomnia Cookies adds the Cookies IN Ice Cream line to their late-night bakeries across the country and will be celebrating the first day of summer on June 21, 2023 by offering a free scoop of ice cream with any in-store purchase.
Like their cookies, the Insomnia Cookies super premium ice cream line is available at most locations in-store and for local delivery. Flavors may vary with location.
Insomnia Cookies Cookies IN Ice Cream line includes the following flavors:
– New, limited-edition Peaches ‘N Cheesecake (available through August 6, while supplies last) – Peach ice cream with sugar cookies, cheesecake pieces, and a cream cheese swirl.
– Caramellionaire – Salted caramel ice cream with Deluxe Salted Caramel cookies and caramel swirls.
– Peanut Butter Insomniac Tracks – Vanilla pudding-flavored-ice cream with Deluxe Peanut Butter Cup cookies, milk fudge swirls, and mini peanut butter cups.
– Cookies ‘N Dream – Vanilla pudding-flavored ice cream with Double Chocolate Chunk cookies.
– Dreamweaver – Purple s’mores-flavored ice cream with milk fudge swirls, white stars, and Double Chocolate Chunk cookies.
– Cookie D’ough – Cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chunks, cookie dough pieces, and Chocolate Chunk cookies.
– Minterstellar – Mint ice cream with Double Chocolate Mint cookies.
– Vanilla – Classic vanilla ice cream.
– Chocolate – Classic chocolate ice cream.
The ice cream line was first introduced in the mid-Atlantic region last summer.
