Celebrity chef and tv host Guy Fieri partners with Walmart to launch a line of frozen entrees exclusively at the big-box store chain.
The new Guy Fieri’s Flavortown line of frozen entrées takes minutes to heat up in the microwave and include four varieties at launch:
– Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Bowl – Seasoned pulled chicken layered with enchilada sauce, cheese, and tortilla strips.
– Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese – Creamy mac and cheese topped with a meaty sloppy joe sauce.
– Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna – Mini lasagna noodles, traditional marinara sauce, and pepperoni, topped with mozzarella.
– Sweet and Sour Pork – Pork and pineapple with sweet and sour sauce served over white rice.
The frozen meals are priced at $6.24 each, which is the same cost as Walmart’s other exclusive chef-inspired frozen meal line. Other chef-inspired lines feature Gordon Ramsey, Kardea Brown, and Andrew Zimmern. As with those lines, the meals are produced by the Golden West Food Group.
