According
to
Del
Taco,
it
took
them over
four
months
and
16
revisions
to
develop
the
recipe.

Ramen
features
beef
broth
consomé
with
fresh
wavy
ramen
noodles,
and
shredded
beef
birria,
topped
with
diced
onions
and
chopped
cilantro,
and
served
with
a
lime
wedge.
It
carries
a
suggested
price
of
$5.79.
The
new
ramen
is
joined
on
Del
Taco’s
Shredded
Beef
Birria
menu
by
two
other
dishes:
