BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse brings back the Peanut Butter S’mores Pizookie for a limited time this summer and introduces a number of new, limited-time summer menu items, including Hickory Brisket Nachos and more.
BJ’s Peanut Butter S’mores Pizookie a giant warm Ghirardelli triple chocolate cookie topped with peanut butter, toasted marshmallows, and vanilla bean ice cream.
New dishes include:
– Hickory Brisket Nachos – Tortilla chips in a 11″ deep dish pan topped with hickory-smoked BBQ brisket, BJ’s Peppered BBQ Sauce, melted jack and cheddar cheeses, applewood-smoked bacon, red onion, cilantro, house-made guacamole, sour cream, fire-roasted salsa, and pico de gallo.
– Big Twist Pretzel with BJ’s Beer Cheese – A warm pizza-oven-baked pretzel with a side of BJ’s Brewhouse Blonde beer cheese and honey Dijon mustard for dipping.
– Buffalo Stampede Chicken Pasta – Crispy-fried chicken tenders and a drizzle of buffalo sauce and ranch served over spaghetti tossed in Tatonka Stout creamy buffalo sauce with carrots, red onions, green onions, and diced celery.
BJ’s also adds two takeout-and-delivery-exclusive dishes, including the Cheeseburger Pizza and Chicken Tortilla Pasta.
BJ’s Cheeseburger Pizza is a deep-dish pizza topped with Monterey jack, cheddar, BJ’s signature five-cheese blend, flame-grilled beef crumble, applewood-smoked bacon, seasoned tomatoes, red onions, julienne dill pickles, and a drizzle of BJ’s creamy signature burger sauce.
Chicken Tortilla Pasta offers a pasta dish take on chicken tortilla soup and features penne tossed in garlic butter sauce mixed with diced avocado, sautéed red bell peppers, red onions, black beans, corn, and green onions, topped with crispy corn tortilla strips and roasted barbacoa chicken.
